Jonathan Lightman
Founder and Principal
After graduating law school, Jonathan Lightman started his career in nonprofit service. Following two stints as an interim executive director, he assumed the top role of both a 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) organization. In this capacity, he increased organizational assets from just $16,000 to well over $1 million, while expanding professional development offerings, increasing advocacy efforts, and winning numerous awards for publications.
Jonathan has been recognized multiple times for his professional work and the organization which he led for nearly 20 years established an annual award in his name.
